A More Compassionate Approach to Autism
Jyoti was recently published discussing the importance of our work for those with autism and what makes us different and unique.

In the article, Jyoti shares a simple but important shift:
- It’s not about trying to change the child.
- It’s about changing how we meet them.
Every autistic child experiences the world in their own unique way.
Which means support must be flexible, compassionate, and responsive — not fixed or prescriptive.
This is where body-based practices like yoga can make such a difference.
Through gentle breath, movement, relaxation and mindful connection, we can support children to:
🌿 Feel safe in their bodies
🌿 Regulate their nervous systems
🌿 Build trust and connection in their own time and way
This isn’t theory for us — it’s what we see every day in our work with children and families.
If you feel called to support autistic and ADHD children in a deeper, more embodied way, we would love you to join us.
✨ Our upcoming Yoga & Mindfulness for Autism & ADHD training, starting 21 April, offers practical tools, understanding and confidence to support neurodivergent children with care and respect.
