Practitioner Spotlight: Jaz Wall
Meet Jaz Wall, Special Yoga Advanced Practitioner and Trainer for our Special Yoga for Autism & ADHD Foundation course.

"Growing up I would often see my mum doing sun salutations in the morning and although I had curiously tried the odd class, it wasn’t until age 21 that I really met yoga as a regular practice.
After a few years of using yoga to support my wellbeing and spending sometime practicing in India, I wanted to bring yoga into my work. I was working in special education in London and Special yoga had been mentioned to me a few times by different people.
After being made redundant in 2020, I decided to take the leap and join the course. Little did I know, my whole life and perspective was about to change. In the middle of studying a MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis, my heart opened to the possibility of a much deeper and human way of being with these young people. A truth I had known, but not been able to fully access.
Special yoga has taken me on a beautiful journey of discovering myself and what it means to be connected. It has transformed the way I live and how I relate to others.
After completing my Level 2 Advanced Practitioner Training, I also completed a 200hr YTT and have since trained as a play therapist. However Special Yoga is the thread that has carried me through and remains my foundation.
I am now so honoured to share this journey with those who take the Special Yoga and Mindfulness for Autism & ADHD Foundation course."
