Having completed our final live Chair Yoga training, we’re so pleased to be bringing you a brand new suite of On-demand Chair Yoga short courses, coming soon! We’re really excited to share this next step with you.

These courses are designed to support a wide range of conditions, including Dementia, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, age-related conditions, and sensory impairment - helping make this work even more accessible to those who need it most.

All courses will be led by our wonderful trainer, Richard Kravetz. Richard has been part of Special Yoga since the very beginning and is one of the pioneers of Chair Yoga in the UK. He was the original teacher of our Special Yoga for Adults training and continues to lead our Chair Yoga webinars. We feel incredibly grateful to have him as such a valued part of our team.

Richard’s work is quietly helping to redefine what inclusion in yoga really looks like, opening the door for more people to experience its benefits.

We’re also delighted to share that Richard was nominated for a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2026 London Sport Awards - a reflection of his incredible contribution to inclusive movement.

You can read more about Richard and his achievements HERE.
