Please help us share our Calm Together course for parents and caregivers of children with additional needs.
We recently offered the programme through the MYOTAS charity in Essex, and the feedback was incredibly moving. Parents shared how valuable it was simply to have a space where they could pause, be together, feel understood, and receive practical tools to support themselves in daily life.
So often, parents are holding so much for everyone else. Calm Together offers an opportunity to slow down, regulate the nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported alongside others walking a similar path.
Everyone came away with simple, accessible practices to help bring more calm, balance, and ease into their lives and homes.
Starts Monday 1st June, online, 8-9pm for 4 weeks.
