What does self-care look like for you?

We all need time to pause, recharge and look after ourselves, but what that looks like is different for everyone.
Maybe it's an hour each week to reconnect with your body.
Maybe it's finding support and connection with people who understand.
Or perhaps it's stepping away from everyday life for a whole weekend.
This autumn, we have THREE opportunities to make some space for yourself, and each one offers something a little different.
