Every journey begins with a single step.

Whether you are a parent, teacher, therapist, healthcare professional or simply someone who feels called to make a difference, there is a place for you within the Special Yoga community.

We have three beautiful foundation training pathways to begin your practitioner journey, each designed to give you the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to support those you work with.

You can choose to specialise in:

  • Children with additional needs
  • Children and young people with Autism and ADHD
  • Adults with additional needs

Each pathway introduces you to the Special Yoga methodology - our unique approach that places connection, regulation and the individual at the heart of every practice.

From there, many practitioners choose to continue their journey with our Level 1 Senior Practitioner Training, deepening their understanding and building confidence in applying the methodology across a wide range of settings.

And then there is Level 2 Advanced Practitioner Training.

For me, this is where the magic really happens.

By this stage, you know the practices. You understand the philosophy. You have experienced the power of the methodology for yourself and have begun to see the difference it makes in the lives of others.

Level 2 isn't simply about learning more.

It's about becoming more.

More present.

More intuitive.

More confident.

More deeply connected to yourself and to those you support.

Time and again, our graduates tell us that this programme transforms not only the way they teach but also the way they live. Their relationships change. Their confidence grows. They begin to see the world, and themselves, through a different lens.

This is why Level 2 is my favourite programme to teach.

It is an opportunity to refine your skills, deepen your understanding and embody the Special Yoga methodology in a way that becomes part of who you are.

For those who feel called, it also opens the door to becoming an Advanced Practitioner and developing the skills to train and mentor others in the Special Yoga methodology, helping to spread this work even further.

Our vision has always been bigger than teaching yoga.

It is about creating a community of compassionate, highly skilled practitioners who are changing lives - one child, one family, one school, one hospital and one community at a time.

If you're ready to begin your journey, or to take the next step along the pathway, we'd love to welcome you.

Together, we can create a world where more people feel safe, connected and truly seen.

Our extended payment plan makes it easier than ever to begin your Special Yoga journey. For just £64 per month, you can spread the cost of your training, but this extended payment option is only available until this Friday, 31 July. After that the payment plan will shorten.

Once you enrol you'll receive immediate access to our introductory Special Yoga methodology and key practices, so you can begin learning and using practical techniques straight away, even before your live training begins.

We also have a Full Pathway Package available that takes you through the three courses for £2,500 (saving you £690 when you purchase in full). Please email us at info@specialyoga.co.uk for more details and to book the package.

Join us today and take the first step on your Special Yoga journey.

A note from Jyoti
Why Special Yoga? It's a question I've been asked countless times over the years. "What makes the Special Yoga methodology different?" "What makes it so... special?" My answer has never really changed. Special Yoga is special because we see the person before we see anything else. You are special. Every child is special. Every adult is special. Every nervous system has its own story. And every ...
