Somatic Yoga Classes

Many of you have been asking about somatics - not as a training, but as a practice that you can experience for yourself.

We're delighted to be able to offer exactly that.

Kathryn will be leading a 6-week block of Somatic Yoga Classes, giving you the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body and explore the gentle yet profound practice of somatic movement.

Somatics invites us to listen from within. Through slow, mindful movement, you'll discover how to release unnecessary tension, improve ease of movement, regulate your nervous system and develop a deeper awareness of your body. It is a practice of curiosity rather than achievement, helping you move with greater freedom, comfort and presence.

Whether you're completely new to somatics or already curious to deepen your experience, these classes provide a beautiful opportunity to nurture yourself in a supportive and welcoming environment.

If you've been wondering what somatics is all about, this is the perfect place to begin.

Come and experience the power of slowing down, listening deeply, and allowing your body to guide the way.

We are offering a 2-month payment plan until the end of August.

Spaces are limited, early booking is recommended.

I would spend a great deal of time supporting myself, and the ...
When was the last time someone asked how you were?
If you're caring for a child with additional needs, chances are you're used to putting everyone else first. Appointments, school meetings, therapies, paperwork, sleepless nights... and somehow finding the energy to keep showing up with love and patience. People often ask how your child is doing. Far less often do they ask how you're doing. At Special Yoga, we know that supporting children start...
